German Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions 2017 (ADSp 2017)

We work exclusively on the basis of the German Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions 2017 (ADSp 2017). Clause 23 of the ADSp 2017 limits the statutory liability for damage to goods pursuant to Section 431 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) of 8.33 SDR/kg:

• for multimodal transports including sea carriage to 2 SDR/kg,
• per claim to a maximum of EUR 1.25 million or per occurrence of damage to a maximum of EUR 2.5 million, whichever amount is higher.
